Shift : Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3pm

What You’ll Do

Assemble, label, and pack cannabis beverages with speed and precision to exceed quality standards.
Optimize workflows by spotting inefficiencies to meet or exceed daily quotas without sacrificing safety.
Maintain a clean, safe workspace, adhering to food safety protocols and driving team innovations.
Record production data accurately to ensure seamless operations and product traceability.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment, embracing new tools, shifts, and overtime as needed.

What You’ll Bring

High School Diploma or GED; packaging or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a collaborative mindset eager to innovate and improve.
Flexibility to handle evolving roles, varying shifts, and overtime in a scaling company.
Clear communication and a safety-first approach to maintain high industry standards.
Positive attitude with a hunger to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.

Physical Stuff

Strong manual dexterity for repetitive tasks like labeling and palletizing with precision.
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds in a bustling facility for most of the shift.
Comfort working in a noisy, high-energy environment with frequent interruptions.
Capacity to maintain strict personal hygiene to meet cannabis industry regulations.
